I'd probably pick one of two combos for a three-prime kit:
12mm f/2.0, 25mm f/1.4, 75mm f/1.8

12mm f/2.0, 17mm (that upcoming Nokton would be good but I want Panasonic or Olympus to come out with a better 17mm than the f/2.8), 45mm f/1.8.

I think I'd be pretty happy with either one of those.

If I were to choose a three-lens zoom system, it would of course be the 12-35, 35-100, and 100-300. Or the 9-18, 14-150 and 100-300.

My three lens kit right now is three Four Thirds lenses: 11-22, 14-54 and 40-150. Sometimes I may substitute the 40-150 for a manual focus 70-210 f/4. The Panasonic 14-42 I only use for video.
