Re: highly confidential - Micro Four Thirds info

according to Best Buy CEO Brian Dunn 80% of camera sales are in bricks and mortar stores and their customers pay sales tax unlike at Amazon USA and unlike Amazon UK who have paid NO corporation tax since 2009 ....is this an accounting scandal???

Nothing like not responding to my point about the the low E-PL1 price.

There is increasing pressure on Amazon to pay taxes in the US and I'm sure they will eventually be forced to do so (Amazon does collect taxes from me because I live in NY--although Amazon is fighting this in court).

Most of the "bricks and mortar" camera stores in the US don't collect taxes on sales to custorers outside of the state(s) in which they have a physical presence: B&H, Adorama, Cameta, Unique Photo, Samys, ePhotocraft, Norman--and countless more. By your logic, they are just as unscrupulous as Amazon.

The CEO of Best Buy is one of the last people I would rely on for reliable information about camera sales.
