Re: Canon T2i or Canon T3 ?

Here are some good deals. I'm looking for the same camera (T2i), and these are some of the best prices I have run across. T2i and T1i are listed below with kit lenses and are prices below $550. The photo quality from the T3 is not worth the money you'd shell out for it.

Also, if you don't plan on purchasing other lenses, why have you not considered a high end point-and-shoot or a bridge camera (like DSLR without removable lens)? The Fuji X10 is an amazing camera as far a P&S's go.

Canon and Nikon have something similar in the G12 and the P7000, though the Fuji seems to have better quality (images and build).

Bridge cameras:

The Canon has a lens range from 24mm to 840mm. You will never go wanting for a lens, unless you are after pictures of a lunar crater or something.

Oh, and to get better results for the question you initially asked, you might want to list what you are going to be using this camera for: snapshots of kids? Birding? Architecture? etc.

These are just suggestions. Good luck with your hunt.
