Yes, for those of us on a limited budget and got our K20D at reasonable closeout prices, the K-01 makes for an interesting dual approach. We can use the K20D for our heavy lenses and in good light conditions, inclement weather, but would be best off with the K-01 when we need low light performance, video, macro, quiet shutter, street photography. It isn't much of a contrast for the K-X, K-R and K-5 users - and they are telling us of their frustration. However, the camera is primarily aimed at image quality-conscious phone camera and P&S upgraders who are willing to go slightly larger than pocket size and want many quality lens options.
