Crossroads...Maintain 4/3 and M.4/3 or just one?

Can I get some feedback from anyone else who's had to make this decision?

I'm at a crossroads. Pondering selling my 4/3rds gear & downsize further...or wait to see if the autofocus gets faster on the E-M5 to use 4/3 lenses?

Current 4/3 Gear:
-E-500 & both kit lenses
-50mm f/2.0 ED
-12-60mm f/2.8-4.0 ED SWD
-50-200mm f/2.8-3.5 ED
-2 FL-50

I do already have the E-PL2, 20mm f1.7, 7.5mm f3.5 FE, & a slew of ML fast primes.

I love the Oly 4/3 glass. LOVE IT. However, if the continuing trend of M.4/3 size = quality, why should I keep the big gear?

No more Pro-ish shoots although the autofocus, fps & handling of the E-3 is wonderful compared to the E-PL2. Its easier for me to keep up with the kids now as well as having a quality cam on me at all times.

Any thoughts?
