need wide-angle zoom lens advice ...

i'm in the market for a wide-angle zoom lens for my 550d/t2i. and the choices basically boil down to wide field of view versus wide aperture ...

sigma 8-16mm f/4.5-5.6
canon 10-22mm f/3.5-4.5
sigma 10-20mm f/3.5
tokina 11-16mm f/2.8

so the 8-16mm has the most field of view at 109 degrees and the tokina has the widest aperture at f/2.8 ... the 10-2_mm lenses fall somewhere in between ...

i generally shoot in low-light venues (bars, restaurants, etc.) but i use my external flash all the time when allowed ...

which would you pick? maximum field of view or maximum aperture? or would you choose one of the in-betweeners?

thanks in advance for any reply ...
