Nikon D200 and Nikkor 24-50 3.3-4.5 AF
This lens is much better than I thought it would be at the wide end on DX, it was originally sold for a similar price to the AF 24mm 2.8. and has a 9 elements in 9 group design.
When stopped down for landscapes it seems sharp enough, what do you think about the distortion at 24mm here at f8 which is supposed to be its Achilles heel?
The best part is the lens cost £35.00 used and is very compact, contrast(quick test) looks as good as the fifty, and the MTF data looks very good at 50mm.
