Does My 70-200 MKII Need Adjusting?

I've had my 70-200 for 2 years now and today, as I was micro adjusting my fathers Sigma 70-200 with the Lens Align MKII, I did the same for my Canon 70-200 + 7D.

The focus was spot on at f2.8 & f5.6 with "0" adjustment.

I then proceeded to take two shots of our test chart at f2.8 & f5.6

The test chart is (W)600mm x (H)400mm at a distance of 4.5 meters.
Camera correct height and square to the test target.
Tripod / 2sec timer

On viewing the images later, I noticed that the center and far right sides
appear sharp.
The far left sides, in particular the bottom left is quite soft in comparison.

What do you members think, is it in need of a service?

What I should have done while I was there is a take a second shot with the 17-55 just to see if it's not the camera.

I have just done a brick wall test with the 17-55 @ 55mm f5.6 at 1.5 meters and all seem good.

Below is are the images, I have include a shot of the complete test chart as a reference to where the crops have take from.

Test Chart.

F 2.8 Crops

F 5.6 Crops

Thanks for looking
