Glowing Louis-Philippe Rose
Thank you, Bruno. Funny that you should mention the song "Red Roses for a Blue Lady". My wife (of 61 years) is slowly recovering from a fractured hip and torn Achilles tendon suffered in a fall last March. After so many months in a wheelchair, and now a walker, she sometimes is a bit melancholy. I would cut a few red roses and bring them to her humming that tune. Maybe it is imbedded somewhere in the picture of the rose. Thanks again.
Beautiful image, Geeno.. it is a pleasure to see roses at their best in this time of the year.. you are right - they are glowing .. I wonder why I'm hearing somewhere in the back (?) sweet tunes of "Red Roses for a Blue Lady", LOL .. thanks for sharing .
