Landscaper moving from DX to D800: advice please

I've been using the D200 since it came out (170,000 photos). I do local and travel landscape photography as well as bird photography. My landscape photos sell well. Bird photos are for my pleasure. I don't do portrait, studio, sport, events. I print myself on canvas 13x19 but plan to buy large printer in the future. I have been waiting significant ISO and resolution improvements to upgrade my D200. It seems that the D800 would bring these extras. I don't feel I would use my D200 anymore. I plan to retire in 2 years and increase my revenues from landscape photography.

On the long end, I'm OK with Nikon 500mm VRII, 70-200 F/2.8 VRII and 2X-TCIII.
For low light, I'm presently OK with Sigma 50mm f/1.4
For macro, I'm OK with Sigma 150mm f/2.8

For fisheye, I plan to remove the sun shade of my Nikon 10.5mm DX diagonal fisheye to make it a circular fisheye for the D800.

For mid-range, I will have to replace my Nikon 17-55 f/2.8.
For wide angle, I will have to replace my Sigma 10-20.
I use 4x6 Singh-Ray filters a lot with these two lenses
I love very wide angles, sometimes wishing larger than 10mm on DX
I often find the 55mm too short and would like a little more reach
I love f/2.8 as I never shoot over 200ISO (400 is noisy on D200, 800 unusable)
I need VR over 50mm
I want excellent IQ for large prints
Budget is only little concern as I will sell more used gears if needed

Question: should I go with
a) 24-120 f/4 VR + 16-35 f/4 VR
b) 24-120 f/4 VR + 14-24 f/2.8 + Lee filter set (Grad ND, ND)
c) 24-70 f/2.8 + 16-35 f/4 VR
d) 24-70 f/2.8 + 14-24 f/2.8 +Lee filter set (Grad ND, ND)

I hesitate between "a" and "b" and I see no reason for "b"

Thanks for your advices as it is an important investment.
