RAW vs JPEG

I've always been a JPEG shooter, but as of late I'm slowly learning about RAW and have been trying it a bit.

My question is, do you think it's worth shooting RAW when I go on a cruise vacation in a few months? Note that I'll probably take 500+ pictures, and I never print anything bigger than 8.5x11. All the photos I take stay saved in a computer, and just the best ones are uploaded in Facebook and printed.

The post-processing is what's mainly worrying me. It will be quite a large amount of photos to edit.

Opinions?
