20mm panny vs 14-45

Lots of talk here about how great the Panny 20mm 1.7 is, and with prices on Ebay here in the UK at around £200 - it's looking very tempting. However, am I just Pixel peeping again? On my EP2, I upgraded very quickly from the poor quality Oly 14-42 to the panny 14 - 45 which I love. Pin sharp and much quicker focusing. I get the 20mm is faster for indoor use, and very thin, but at around f8 and iso 200 1/125 for a normal cloudy day, is the prime really going to blow me away for street shooting?

The 14-45 Panny will I'm sure turn into the Oly 12-50 or Panny 12-35 as and when, should I save my money until then?
Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
