I got both 28-75 (Minolta) and CZ 24-70. Image Quality wise, you will see an upgrade in CZ 24-70. I wrote a review in Dyxum about CZ 24-70. Does it worth twice the price of 28-75? Probably not. But if you use it for video then SSM is a big update to the screw driver model. Also the DMF nature of SSM lens is nice to have. Don't really like SAM so far.

I don't have 135CZ but I own 135 STF. It is the best bokeh lens ever. The transition is magic. The only problem is it need rather good light, not only because STF but also for focusing. Although if you use FF or SLT (big viefinder) it won't be much an issue but it is for older and small OVF in APS-C body.
