Overall... very nice.
A couple of things... The first shot that is a missed focus has part of his hood sharp. Get ride of that sharpness as it draws the eyes to those spots and says.. "oops". One way to do that with LR is using the adjustment brush decrease the sharpness and clarity and brush over it.
He has dark eyes and it would be nice to bring out more detail for pupil/iris separation. Using LR the adjustment brush can be used to increase exposure carefully and gently in the eyes. If there isn't detail to bring out the overall image was underexposed.
