I have shot on Tanzania. Take the 100-400, and a standard zoom that is 24-28 on the wide end (35 mm equivalent-need more then stitch a pano) keep each mounted on a different body. On game drives 100 may be too long and you can shoot landscapes when not shooting animals. I would take a fast prime too. I ignored a lot of advice that I would not use a 10-22 and I like to shoot wide. But I only used it on Zanzibar for a few shots, partly to justify carrying it. Have a great trip!
