From the treetops, maybe you are a little outside -- though not necessarily, since as you know there are many trees in the city, and some of them on rooftop meadows too.

Well, that may be because this sunset was taken near Freiburg,

which is (as You probably know) not far from Basel, in terms of the distances some Canadian and other residents have to drive to a doctor...

...Basel is international known, I think.

(I used it somewhere as a example for color space differences and losses in gradation due to compression, but therefore it is on this computer and easy to share.)

I enjoy living in this region - near Switzerland!

I live and work in Førde, not far north of Bergen at the west coast of Norway. Much more nature then settlement - mostly mountains and fjords, a nice coastline and some glaciers.

Owner of SD14 (about two years), DP1s (some weeks, still waiting for some decent light to try it properly) and soon SD9 (where is this going to end?

) Also some Canons.
