This is a silly post. So what... you're implying that the company employees just stopped working? I don't think so.

Probably 98% of Olympus employees have no idea what is happening at this level of the company and until something changes, the work will continue as normal.

Yes, some long term strategies may have been shifted and/or placed on hold but again, the upper management/corporate issues are totally different from day-to-day operations.

As others have said, this may have been a blessing in disguise for the company as it may just re-invigorate the business and focus the company's long-term strategy at a much quicker pace.

Obviously, no one wants a "scandal" but a good house-cleaning can really energize employees, shareholders and even customers.
