Advice on use of Wacom Tablet

I had a nice surprise Xmas present from my sister and brother in law, a [Wacom Bamboo Pen & Touch' tablet. It was something I wad deliberating on and now I am very happy to own.

I did all the installations etc, it works fine but I am a bit at a loss on what settings to choose that will prove the most useful for working in CS5. I am certain that some friends here have been using pen tablets long enough to have a definite idea about what suits them best and I'll be happy to try their various suggestions to ultimately formulate the optimum configuration for me.

There are 2 buttons on the pen and 4 on the tablet itself. They are all programmable with a variety of options. What settings have you settled on?

Thanks for your assistance...
Best Regards

ps If you see someone without a smile on, give him one of yours...
