Canon S100 flash-mode and auto-ISO question

Hi all, having an S100 I have a technical question: if you set the camera to AutoISO with using the flash, ISO will be set to 640 automatically. Is there any way to change it to lower ISO settings? Sometimes it would not be necessary such high ISO...

(Of course, if you choose manual ISO settings you can change it, but I am not able to find the way in automatic mode. )

Anyway I had an S90 and SX220 and my experience is that these both cameras have a different approach to noise reduction. My recent experience with S100 concerning to the image quality is that the camera keeps more details than the predecessors, but leaving more smears and moire. RAW is a good friend to solve these kind of problems anyway, but time is money...

The reasons why I choosed S100 are the pocketability and 24mm wide-end. I have checked Olympus XZ-1 and X10. They are bigger and high-ISO noise is not acceptable, X10 is not bad but to my taste it has a different approach to noise-reduction.. of course, for me...
