Absolutely. You can tone down overall saturation, individual colors, contrast, sharpness, etc. in My Custom Colors There is also a "Neutral" My Color setting that subdues all colors. If you have, or planning to get, the camera give it a try. btw, many Canon cameras have the My Colors menu.
