Re: How to check for lens de-centering issue on S100?

I tested my S100 with newsprint at about 10 to 12 inches and did notice softness in the corners. Then I tested my G11 with the Nikon WEC75 which givs a 21mm field of view and is an excellent combination in real world situations and I was agast at how poor the combos results looked. I looked back at photos I took with the WEC75 and could find no problems. I guess you don't want to take a picture at 10 inches with a 21mm lens (or for that matter, a 24mm lens).

I am impressed at the low light capability of the S100 compared to the S95 that I used for about a year and just gave to my daughter. No comparison. I'll keep the S100
