aperature priority beef

ok, ever since my first nex-5 and up to now I hate this.
You set it to A priority.
Set your iso, Auto, or what have you....

And then, you can't choose a MIN shutter speed!!!!!

It seems the nex shoot for 1/60....
Which is fine.
But I have shaky hands, and sometimes would like to capture moving subjects.
1/60th doesn't cut it as a min.

There should be a mode where I can set my ISO range and min shutter speed to use.
I'll forgo the ISO range, but the shutter speed setting should be there.

Am I alone in this?

Sony Alpha NEX-5
