The crop factor on M4/3 is 2 so everything (your lens and your camera handling) needs to be about twice as good to match your full frame experience. Also (for a quality 8x10) you would start to be diffraction limited for any aperture smaller (smaller hole) than f 4.2. For the Nex (with a 1.5 crop factor) diffraction starts to be an issue at f 5.0. A fairly good match to the available Nex glass.

Persoally, I think M4/3 is too small a sensor if you do many 8x10's, or crop your smaller prints.
My opinion after trying to get happy with a smaller sensor for over a year.
