Eh... that would be mostly true for a DSLR but not for GXR. You stabilize the sensor and for any mirrorless camera metering and autofocus is all done with the sensor. (If they don't use ricos hybrid autofocus like grd4 in wich case in lens stabilization won't work either) What you see on the LCD is also what the sensor records so for a mirrorless camera most of the advantages of lens stabilization are not valid.
