Your finger and some patience hehe. Of course it's not a great technique for extra long exposure, but considering your camera will need to be stabilized ANYWAY, I'm sure you can hold down the shutter for a min or two right?

If you don't have a 3D printer handy, just use a thick rubber band and folded paper to hold down the shutter. YMMV.

But how do you keep the shutter open without moving the camera? You still need a bracket of some sort to do the job.
