I'm not sure I bought the perfect lens ... for me?

For a year ago I bought the Nikon 17-55 f2.8 I am used to use VR which I have in my Nikon 18-200VR and my Nikon 80-400VR and it looks like I often take sharper pictures with 18-200 probably because og hand shaking. Perhaps I have been too much used with VR?

Therefore: is there any alternative to my 17-55 f2.8 with imagestabilisation? Maybe a 24-70 or another. I do not think Nikon have something.

Silly question: why do Canon make theis 17-55 with imagestabilisation? Strange ...

Or do I just have to practice myself more to use the nice 17-55 without VR?

If you have any comments, I will be happy.

I have this:
Nikon 50 f1.4

  • 85 f1,8

  • 18-200VR

  • 17-55 f2.8

  • 80-400VR

  • D90

  • SB800 x2
