I suggest you either compare your images from your two systems directly to see if you can get good enough image quality from m43. I have a 5Dii and L glass and was surprised especially for wide and standard focal lengths how good the m43 lenses were in comparison. You could use the dpr comparitor tool too to compare iso performance and DR.

Then think about the pictures you are going to take. If you need DOF then m43 could be better. If you need DR and can't use HDR then the DSLR would be better. If you will be shooting anything moving or want AF in low light then the DSLR will be better.

Finally, think about the lenses you will need for each system and then decide which system you are preared to carry. You can have far more lens options with a system of far less weight if that's important to you.
