Do you see a clear difference between iso 1250 and iso 1600in term of noise ?

See my other post, some pretend that you don't get any advantage if you shoot at in-between iso values. Full iso values increments are 100, 200, 400, 800, 1600 etc. ( you double the preceding one to know the next).
