The NEX-7K/B you ordered has been really popular, and I'm sorry to tell you that your estimated ship date has been delayed. We are working to fulfill your order as soon as possible. I checked on when the product will be available and it looks like we will receive new stocks on November 9. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this might cause you.

I understand that you need the product. To ensure that, I have upgraded the shipping to expedited so that you'll receive it in 1-2 business days after it ships. Do not worry because this will come at no additional cost.
