Can this be done with anything Olympus?

I was at this event and got some very pleasing results from my E-620 as can be seen in my post below

BUT

Having seen what this guy has achieved with a Sony A580, I am blown away(no pun intended)

Without a tripod, to capture moving helicopters in the dark with such clarity is to my mind something else.

As far as I know I can't do this with my E620 or E520 but wondering is this something that is coming to all cameras. Do the PENS have anything like this?

Something like this would be a major selling point to me.
