Dell 2209WA and i1 Display 2 giving a very blue cast

I have a Dell 2209WA IPS monitor and an i1 Display 2, yet for some reason calibration results in a very blue cast. Following the RBG part of the calibration, on my monitor r = 56, G = 82 and B = 96, this got the marker into the green but that's clearly very blue.

Oddly enough, my contrast is set to 100 (last time it had to drop a fair bit to get it correct)

Any idea what's going on, why calibration gives such a blue colour cast?

video driver is already update and as far as I can tell, nothing relevant is loading up at startup

Before you begin cal, set RGB controls to 100%. Set brightness to 25, contrast to 50. Last time I did my cal I used native whitepoint, 100 or 110 lumens, 2.2 gamma.
You should end up with contrast around 75, and brightness around 0-10.
