hx100v full HD vs entry level camcorders

Hi, I´m considering the hx100v mainly for full HD videos, I wonder how does it compare to entry level full HD camcorders like the sony cx-110, anyone has both to know? speciallly I´d like to know how does it perform in indoor artifficial light situations with some zoom. From the specs the cx-110 (like almost all camcorders in its price range) has a smaller sensor but wider apertures. Also, I don´t know a lot about these things but I read from the specs that the hx100v has only 60fps full HD and 30fps is available in lower res. does the 60fps in full HD has a noticeable effect on exposure? I mean more fps means less exposure and thus less light sensitivity right? in comparison the cx-110 has 60fps but interpolated from 24fps so that should be a plus in low light right?.
Hope someone can answer. Thanks!!
