I have had my E5 for a couple of days and I am still working my way around what has to be the finest photographic instrument I have ever used. I hope to take it out this weekend and really put it through its paces. A couple of really good things that I did not realize about it before I had one in my hands and a couple of not so good things.
The good: very fast processor. Blows away my E1. You can use both manual and automatic focus at the same time. You can weight the focus for different spots in the frame.
The not so good: the picture counter on the top control panel only goes to 999. The cover for the I/O panel is thick rubber, not the actual door like on the E1; pretty chintzy for a $1500 camera.
One other thing, the Zuiko 12-60 is a great lens.
