any one know PIXELFLASH CF CARD?

That said, as we explained; the first step in identifying if there is a hardware or compatibility problem, would be to format the CompactFlash card on your computer. Unfortunately, when we spoke with you, you wouldn't attempt a low level format of the card -- we would have appreciated the opportunity to resolve your issue.

We apologize for not including instructions on how to format your card(s), as we had run out of our “CF Best Practices” insert for about a week and your shipment went out during this time.
