I love your shot! Good contrast, relatively sharp result.

Use spot-metering and did you turn NR and Sharpness to low?

Here's mine also full zoom hand held. Little PP to sharpen. Then I played with CS5 just a little. I think I made the moon angry!

I had trouble holding still for this shot as it was -3C at 6:55 am the day I took this. I'm running out of bandwidth so have had to scrunch it a bit. Note that the moon is the wrong way up in the northern hemisphere

What part of the northern hemisphere there Ralph? I'm in the northern hemisphere, almost smack dab on the 45th parallel halfway north of the equator to the north pole and my moon doesn't look like yours. I suspect you were laying backwards on your back to get that shot

Not at all, I live 38 degrees south of the equator so thats the way it looks at 7.00am
