x100 replacement : fixed, fixed zoom or interchangeable?

Together with this I would also prefer a longer lens. 60mm (equivalent) or even 80, for portraits. And real manual focussing, not this horrible operation of the x100.

You gotta try the x100 first. The last thing this camera is, is noisy, cheap feeling or slow. The AF is a little slow compared to some higher end 4/3 cameras, but the leaf shutter is fast. If you're zone focusing with the X100' it's blazing fast. Usually with street photography and MF cameras you're doing a lot of zone focusing anyways.
