Bye-bye CZ 24-70

As impressed as I am with the sharpness of this lens, I just
can't carry it around all day.

I didn't believe the hype that
in order to justify having an a900 I needed the best lens
available -- but seeing is believing. I was amazed how far
into an image I could crop and still get amazing sharpness.
But after a few days of walking around with it hanging from
my neck (with an excellent wide and springy strap) -- and
having everyone I point it at take immediate notice, I've
decided to sell it.
I've found that there are lots of smaller, lighter lenses that
may not be as fast or as crisp but which satisfy my needs.
I only print up to 13x19 and I compose in the camera so
there usually isn't much cropping.

I've settled on a 3 lens kit for traveling: 28-300 Sigma, 12-24 Sigma and a Minolta
50 1.4.
I've got more glass back home -- 17-35G and 70-300G amongst others --
but I'm just not strong enough to lug that Zeiss.
It was an eye-opener, but not worth the chiropractors bill.
