It is both advantage and disadvantage. Something like Contax G Sonnar 90mm makes amazing tiny 180mm EFL tele on m4/3. Ditto for ubiquitous 135mm f2.8 lenses. So if you need tele, m4/3 has an advantage, if you want wider, NEX has an advantage. Then there are c-mounts, which are far more likely to cover m4/3 sensor.

If you are into MF lenses, you win a lot by having both bodies. Your every lens magically becomes 2.
