I wouldn't worry too much about the "UV" part. Unlike film, digital cameras have absolutely no UV sensitivity and no need of a UV filter. Of course it does no harm either.

Hoya HRT filters are good quality; the price you paid for a coated HRT version is very reasonable, I'm sure you'll be happy with it.
