So, got my X100 yesterday...

Thanks so much to all the people who have posted their impressions, tips, images and warnings regarding the Fuji X100. After a brief play in our local (excellent) Harrison Cameras in Sheffield, I felt very well informed about my purchase.

Read some of the manual last night while the battery was charging, had a couple of hours playing with the controls and went out for a walk this morning to try it out.

1/284s f/8.0 at 23.0mm iso200

1/160s f/8.0 at 23.0mm iso200

1/60s f/2.0 at 23.0mm iso1000

1/60s f/2.0 at 23.0mm iso250

I'm loving pretty much everything about this camera - surprisingly responsive (pretty similar to the E-P2 infact), given the criticism I've read on-line... the colour and image quality up to ISO 3200 is wonderful.

I'll be using this to augment my m4/3rds kit - the E-P3 + two new primes are next on my list, I think these should work well as a system.

Kind Regards

Brian
