Hiking lens question

I have a Panasonic G3 and currently these lenses:

Pan 14-42mm
Pan 20mm
Oly 9-18mm

I'd like to pick up a lens for this weekend because I'll be hiking up at Mt Rainier. For hiking in general what would you recommend for a lens to be carrying around on the camera? I'll probably trade in the 14-42mm kit lens. I'm basically trying to decide between these:

Pan 14-140mm, expensive but seems like it'd be good all around, heavy but I'm not too worried about the weight.

Pan 45-200mm, great price, would I miss between 20mm and 45?And if I eventually got the 100-300mm would I still want this?

Pan 100-300mm, seems like a good lens and price, but would that gap between 20mm and 100mm be a problem?

Or would I be better served by an Olympus lens even though I'd be missing the IS?

Thanks!
