Here are a few shots from Tuesday. I ventured out at 102 degrees early in the morning. The site is in Oklahoma. I hope you enjoy them. 40D , 17-55IS, 580EX11 and softbox







 
Nice shots but I think that they could've been improved with a wider aperture to isolate the subject and blur the background. Any particular reason you didn't use f/2.8?

Before I shot the pictures I decided i wanted to include the village in the shots and not just come up with portrait shots. There was so much atmosphere in the surroundings that it would have been a shame to blurr it out. Just my preferance but a good question. Here'a shot that will fill your requirements. Its one of my personel favorites
