realists and others

Nothing out there is flawless, the problem is that some people get so obssessive with the usual issues of digital cameras that those in the "realist" group end up looking like they think the camera is flawless when they say that's normal.

The D7k is a new camera in many aspects, so issues were expected (mainly re AF and video pixel problems). Oil may also be an issue, even though not as uncommon as some think. Now "skintones", give us a break .... This is the last bastion of the obssessive, all brands have their share. This forum had never had such in so many numbers till now, and it's curious that it only afflicts D7k's users, not D5100's, even though they produce exactly same output.

I bet this will last still a few months and will be gone at some point.

It's nice to see the "the d7000 is flawless" group and the Realists are talking again
