Too funny, Alan. Sounds like you are addicted to that cam. I can visualize you out taking pics.....it rains....you running in the house straight to the bedroom window and immediately taking pics.....pausing...breathing sigh of Relief.....thinking... Ha, Nothing stops me!
Well, Just teasing you a little.
Seeing the pics...It was worth it..very nice
Cheers

Equaly as good as mine, if not better, the camera does the business in good light which is my genre anyway.Im not a late evening person, so twilight low light i dont do much of, but what i have seen from others who are far more competent than me on that subject the camera shines. :P

tech we feed the birds everyday so a odd bit of bread is normal for me to see
this is only back garden shots
my big ambition is to capture a swallow or swift in flight

but this may prove impossible for me but i will try one day.. but i am getting a bit slower these days ,,,,,i have taken what i consider to be some rather good macro shots,, i will put them on soon i think you will like them the detail is amazing

hmmmm that taste good

just look at that color shimmering down his neck

Hmmm ... those are some attractive birds :D. They also look quite plump - probably because of all the bread you put out!

I can't wait for your macros! I also look forward to your BIF photos! Try the HX100's 10 FPS burst mode for that :D.
