We'll Have to Wait for RAW Sample Analysis but...

The only "wiping" that seems to be going on is not taking place on the floor but in Olympus' high ISO JPEGs. They look considerably less detailed at their default settings than those from the G3. It would have been nice if Olympus had used Panasonic's new 16MP sensor in at least one of the 3 new cameras. More choice.

That doesn't mean that the new Olympus bodies aren't competitive. Sensor based image stabilization continues to offer an advantage when shooting stationary subjects with lenses like the 20/1.7 in poor light.

As to Olympus' improved AF, we'll have to wait for tests to see how quick and accurate the system is compared to Panasonic's AF in anything but good light.
