In that picture it seems you have, dust, oil, condensation spots, and even pollen. Your problem may have been worsened by waiting so long to check at f22 and letting it build up. Good news, you have learned to clean it and will quickly get ahead of the curve.

At least I'm getting better in doing the cleanning. After the 3rd one the remaining spots are only visible in f/22 and and tweeking a lot the contrast only to check it.

One thing I think would help to deal with the problem is to put the camera in quiet mode, since the mirror moves in a much slower motion than in normal mode and the chances to have any oil spray inside the camera due to moving parts is reduced.

I'm trying this and let's see if it help anything in a few days...
