These are lenses for film cameras, and it really depends on which mount they have. Sakar was a third party vendor, much like Vivitar, Soligor, Sigma, Tamron, Tokina, Kirin, or Quantaray If they have a Nikon F or Pentax K lensmount, then they can be used on modern Nikon or Pentax digital cameras, but without AF ability. Since they lack any electrical contacts.

Yashica ML Zoom 42-75mm 1:3.5-4.5
Olympus OM 1:1.4 F 50mm

These are also lenses for film cameras. The Yashica probably has a Yashica/Contax mount, and obviously the Olympus has an OM mount. Both mounts are obsolete for use on digital cameras.

But the good news is that you can use all five of these lenses on a m4/3 camera with the correct adapter. And probably on a NEX camera too. You won't get AF though.

Are they decent? Should I chuck them or buy a body to mount them with?

The only really good lens I see in that bunch is the OM f/1.4 lens. The Sakar f/1.7 probably isn't bad, but the zoom lenses are probably terrible. Modern zoom lenses are a lot better than the 35 year old versions, which is why you can often find these old zoom lenses on ebay selling for $10-$25.

And the generic ones (like Sakar) sometimes sell for less.
