"Print Size " in CS5

On my iMac, when I am in CS5 and on the zoom tool, there is an option to see the image at "print size". Is there a place to make that setting the true print size?

For example, my image is 7x10.5 at 300 dpi. When I use the zoom tool and click "print size" the image is 5 1/8 x 7 5/8 as per a ruler laid on the monitor. Of course, this is because the CS5 rulers that are in "inches" that are also not true on the monitor.

So can we adjust the "print size" so that the image on the screen is actually the real print size?? Or, is there a way to make CS5 rulers correct?
