Photos through a kaleidoscope?
I would like to know if anyone has any experience with attaching a kaleidoscope to a macro lens. I’d really like to experiment with that idea. I saw a terrific kaleidoscope that uses polarized light to get some amazing subtle colors. I shoot with a Canon 5D and a 5D mkII. I have a Canon 100mm 1:2.8 Macro lens that takes a 58mm filter. I also have a Sigma 28-80mm f/3.5-5.6 HF Macro and a Tamron SP XR Di 28-75mm Macro lens. Any suggestions on how to connect the lens to the kaleidoscope and lighting considerations. I wrote to the maker of the kaleidoscope and I’m waiting for a response as to a custom made scope. Thanks in advance for your advice.
