I have just downloaded the .ORF and opened it in both Viewer 2 and PS5 and ACR (PPRGB-16, 360 dpi). ACR v. plug-in.

Looking at the circular scale, the moire is not there in Viewer, but neither is any attempt at the detail; just grey mush.
The detail is there in ACR and PS5, and so is the moire.

The image is very noticeably sharper and with better contrast and overall detail in ACR/PS5, IMO. I had a quick look at various parts of the image in each editor, and without any user PP at all, I prefer the ACR/PS5 image by a considerable margin.

I also enlarged the ACR processed ORF to 54.65 x 40.99 cms in PS5, and examined this file.

I suspect that the slight moire and loss of detail in this area would be all but invisible when printed at A2, or any other size.

IOW, the whole issue would appear to be a storm in a teacup, AFAIAC ... ;).
